Dick is a constant and Size is the modifier. If it worked the way you described then everybody could gain or remove a dick with ease.

Yes yes, those exist, they’re called strap ons.

They’re nice cuz you can rent them out when you don’t need it.
But sometimes you go out and drink a bit too much and wake up with a hangover and your penis is missing. Again.

In the hypothetical world where they don't exist because you can magically conjure or remove a penis by putting on shoes?
EDIT: Actually, I take it back, because in the assumption of the penises being functional it might be preferable in some circumstances to use a fake one.
