The handicap sign next to just one unit makes me wonder if all the others have stairs right beyond the roll up door or something.

Yea all the regular ones have a pit of spikes that you have to jump

Notice that one has a strap to help pull the door down.

Some other differences would be dedicated bolted down shelving inside.

There is probably a door to the right of the camera which leads to an elevator.
