Sixty-one per cent of respondents supported allowing more Chinese electric vehicles into the Canadian market, including 24 per cent who strongly backed the decision and 38 per cent who somewhat supported it.

The poll, which was conducted online and can’t be assigned a margin of error, surveyed 1,570 people from Jan. 30 to Feb. 2.

Oooo the tarriffs (ie tax) you would pay would probably equally two or three cars combined. On top of what I would be selling it to you, probably.

Lmao. Canada hates the US and for good reason. Not to mention the insane tariff situation, and I’m sure the sweetheart deals that musk has with the us govt to protect his trash from being trounced by Chinese evs….
