This is some extreme click bate and not really newsworthy.

It was only the first officer who was incapacitated, the main pilot was fine. The guy that stepped in was flying in an official capacity... they are coworkers.

So not exactly. He was on the plane but not on duty. Pretty interesting he needed to help at all.
