I feel that Poles very much values draft capital and obviously impact players. However, for a draft that has great WR talent, I can very much easily see him passing on MHJ with the 1st pick. In my opinion, I feel that he would either trade the pick for premiums picks or get his own choice of QB. I just don’t see a path for MHJ at pick 1. I understand he is a generational talent, but with our uncertainty at QB (7 games will determine Field’s future) and the possibility of a massive haul, I just don’t see MHJ as the pick. It will either be QB or a trade down if we get the 1st pick. I also think he’ll for sure be gone at pick 5 as well.

The Cardinals want to get away from Kyler's contract and do (another) full rebuild. He has his faults but he is a known quantity that has already proven more successful than any Bears qb past or present. I would be supportive of trading 1.01 for Kyler, '24 first and second, and '25 first. That is the price of a team giving up 1.01 in this draft PLUS taking on Murray's contract (think of the Osweiler + 2nd trade just to get his salary off the books).

Trade 1.01 in order to draft MHJ. You can't miss Megatron 2.0 who should be the actual 1.01 pick.

Draft whoever the scouts have the highest grade at LT or DT with the newly acquired Cardinals pick.

You have now locked down three glaring holes with two quality blue chip picks plus a true starting caliber QB and still have plenty of cap space to spend prior to the draft. Additionally, you have two first round picks in 2025 with the AZ pick being likely very high. Poles can either keep that pick or keep flipping for multiple firsts which is the Madden dynasty cheat code.
