Lol, Biden also did this exact thing to him earlier this year, Blinken visited China in June for the first time after the weather ballon fiasco. The meeting seemed to go pretty well but the minute he got back Biden call Xi a dictator at a press conference and brought up the ballon again.
Honestly very funny that Blinken lives his life in contant fear of his senile boss undoing months of work whenever he talks.
