Biden is like some old animatronic they wheel out in front of a podium to make us believe we have an actual system of governance. But he's rundown and can't even string together any real nationalist nonsense. "Of course he's a dictator! He's part of a country with a different form of government than ours!" Just some old Bush Era dubbing of some Reagan Era recording pouring out of his mouth. No thinking, no strategy, no tact, nothing. Just hit the button and get stilted patriotic platitudes. He doesn't even know what he's saying, his brain is going off of muscle memory.

Lol, Biden also did this exact thing to him earlier this year, Blinken visited China in June for the first time after the weather ballon fiasco. The meeting seemed to go pretty well but the minute he got back Biden call Xi a dictator at a press conference and brought up the ballon again.

Honestly very funny that Blinken lives his life in contant fear of his senile boss undoing months of work whenever he talks.
