These things are predictable and consistently happened to the bears because of the way they hire people. And almost every other franchise they fire everybody all at once start from the top work your way down. But for some reason the bears like to hire new GM'S after the the coach is pretty much picked.
Or in this case they hire a rookie GM who was given information/ encouraged by the owners and that panel of specialist they set up to hire flus.
Then they hire a president of operations who had no say in hiring these two guys, yet now reportedly wants to be more involved in football operations
This is such a cluster of an organization it's infuriating.
If the bears let go of fields and Kevin Warren wants to be more involved with the football operations then fire everybody and hire people in the correct order.
It would be absolutely insane if we draft a quarterback this year and keep the coach and the gm.
