OP probably doesn't appreciate being blackmailed into selling his labor for a fraction of its value. OP is forced to tolerate a work place that makes him a potential casualty of gun violence at the risk of losing his home and healthcare coverage. Maybe if workers were paid a reasonable amount there would be less people losing their shit and going on a rampage when they reach the end of their rope. Maybe if capitalists didn't use unemployment as a weapon to keep workers under threat people wouldn't be stressed to the point of breaking.
