My basic perception of Hasan is that all the worst people in the world get really fucking upset about him so he must be doing something right.
But the couple times I've tried to watch him he immediatly gets sidetracked from whatever he's talking about to spend 5 minutes arguing with every single obscure Twitter reply in a 20 post thread that nobody else would have ever seen.
Yeah he gets stun locked at least 60% of the time.
I don't watch him other than occasional highlights but I've yet to see any reason that he shouldn't be considered a net positive in the quasi-political entertainment sphere.
He's not competing with Lenin or Castro or Sankara, he's competing with vaush and the like. With that standard he represents a lot of potential wrt a leftist cultural influence, particularly within the cishet manospere.

I'm gonna be honest with you, I have hardly a clue who he is. I know he appeared once on Trash Taste and talked about One Piece at some point, I know he's generally popular, but aside from that I don't really know much of anything.
Love 'im. That said, I almost never watch his stream unless something insane happens on a weekend when nobody else is there to talk about it. Other than that, I just listen to the edited down highlights where he's actually talking about specific stuff.
I pretty much unironically have streamer derangement syndrome and think they should have their rights taken away. They should be allowed to subsist only on dried beans. No soaking them and cooking them, just gnawing on dried beans. The only content they should get to stream about is how much their mouths hurt from those hard-ass dried beans they gnaw on all motherfucking day.
But also he seems like he's one of the least shit of the streamers (or at least the people who bitch about him are usually figures I find revolting), so therefore critical support or whatever.

No I think they NEED to have a place to have their streamer addiction.
