This is where you come to post big-brained hot takes by chuds, libs, or even fellow leftists, and tear them to itty-bitty pieces with precision dunkstrikes.

lmao, just saw this. way to completely misrepresent the survey. it was stickied on the main page for 3 days, i didnt take any comments outside of that window, and over 1/3rd of all active users during that timespan participated. its a fairly accurate sampling within a 5-10%ish margin (eyeballing it), though IMO the trans or cis woman pop would likely be higher if the survey was anonymous.

imagine hating hexbear so much you start to barge into trans spaces as a cis guy and tell those silly airheaded transgenders how to be a good transgender (shocking shocked-pikachu)

Due to self-selection bias (this survey was conducted in their trans community, after all) you cannot make any meaningful inferences about the proportion of trans people on Hexbear as a whole. It may well be representative of the subscribers to their trans community though.

Except that this was stickied on the main page for a good few days and has in maximum size font words to the effect CIS FILL OUT THIS SURVEY TOO and kristina acknowledged that the informality of the survey was also in part due to the difficulties in conducting a thorough survey in a secure manner

They not only see themselves as "allies", but also as the most furthest left you can go, so our existence makes them uncomfortable. This ironically leads to them going mask off for a brief moment, by denying trans people's identities based on what their politics are. "Allies", indeed.

The liberal brainpan cannot tolerate encountering a political position that does not admit compromise unless that position harms groups large enough to be considered undifferentiated "other"s. Many such cases: racism, trans rights, animal rights, children's rights, refugees, and I'm only hitting the highlights. To be firmly and immovably on the liberatory side of any such issue is purity politics, but there's always room to kill a few more "other"s so the frothing blood cult will consider not voting down a non-binding procedural motion too hard. While Hexbear claims to be trans-friendly, they don't cater to western progressives at all, so you better be willing to embrace their whole marxist/leninist tankie schtick. Also note that the charts in this post are essentially meaningless, as this wasn't in any way a statistical random sample of users, and this was even acknowledged by the original poster on Hexbear.
