RULES

  1. Be respectful: no harassment, hate speech, bigotry, and/or trolling.
  2. Encourage conversation in your OP. This means including heavily implicative subject matter when you can and also engaging in your thread when possible.
  3. Avoid controversial topics (e.g. politics or societal debates).
  4. Stay calm: Don’t post angry or to vent or complain. We are a place where everyone can forget about their everyday or not so everyday worries for a moment. Venting, complaining, or posting from a place of anger or resentment doesn't fit the atmosphere we try to foster at all. Feel free to post those on !goodoffmychest@lemmy.world
  5. Keep it clean and SFW
  6. No solicitation such as ads, promotional content, spam, surveys etc.

Dragonforce, been trying to listen to all their album lately, so far not much caught my attention other than Fury of the Storm and Through The Fire and Flame, Power of the Triforce is good too, maybe have to listen to more of it for it to grow on me. Current on the album Maximum Overload.

I liked Valley of the Damned as well, but Through the Fire and Flames is hard to beat of course.

Lindsey Stirling just dropped a new album. I didn't care for her last few, they will kind of blend together and sound the same. This one she's craving out and trying some slower things out and it's really nice to listen to

Industrial goth. VNV Nation and Crüxshadows seeds followed by my boyfriend’s industrial playlist.

Raw by Lindsay Lohan. I know it may seem like a joke, but I really like the tone of her voice, and that album has some catchy tunes on it.

Funny to find Caravan Palace here, are you French by any chance?

No, and neither is the person who introduced them to me, or anyone else I know that’s heard of them 😅

Seven Spires released the album "A Fortress Called Home" a few weeks back. It's amazing symphonic metal.
