I always see diplodocus and wanna call it a boopasarus because in Ark: Survival Evolved they’re friendly guys who just boop you around everywhere.
Next time I fire up Ark i am taming the closest Diplodocus and naming it Mr. Diplococcus.

Why is one spelt with a double C at the end though
Because it's derived from the Greek kokkos, meaning berry, because the bacteria are round (like berries) and not elongated like other bacteria.
