Don't joke about this. One of the angles the liberals on terf island like to take is that the tories have actually always been environmentalists like when Thatcher shut down the mines.

I'm not joking, there is a serious effort to frame her and by extension themselves, the monarch and the ruling class as long-term environmentalists.
