Was he over the legal alcohol limit? Yes, but did he hurt anybody? No! He's a fine upstanding citizen, and I'm going to give him a $1,000,000 raise he's such an upstanding guy.

They were in DC and could have taken the Metro, taken a cab/rideshare, or had one of the other villains in attendance that wasn't drunk drive them home.

DUI is a local issue so the Administration should not be able to do anything... should not
