There is now software for organizations to surveil Slack for keywords and negative sentiment automagically and set up alerts for HR or your manager, etc.. I'd be more than a little cautious about what you write there.

Do not do this. All private messages are exported as plain text when the admin exports workspace data for backup/archival purposes.
