My cat and I have come to an agreement: I will not take the clothes directly around where he is laying, and he will not bite the shit out of me.

My cat will accept the sacrifice of a warm dry tea towel draped gently over her head while she sits on the best bath towel, and then let me flap, fold, and put away the rest of the laundry.

why would you ruin all their hard work putting their scent on the clothes? they'll just have to do it again when you've washed them!
