Angela Collier (the same woman who posted an almost 1 hour video about how Target failed to understand their customers when they stood down their DEI programs) posted this video that summarizes the problem with AI.

Very worth the watch (or listen)

Damn, I just realized the video is 40 minutes long! I watched all of it. So damn on point.

Of course I know about the hallucinations and I've had to correct its basic math, but now that we've moved past the physics that I understand, it's amazing!

This ^^^ 1,000 times this!!! ^^^ I've had so many people tell me this before...

I had to fight my urge to explain how dumb this quote is. Everybody see how undeniably dumb it is right? Right?

You mean in the sense of you saw it gave you garbage, and corrected what you knew to be wrong; what you did not know to be wrong you took as truth as it was new to you and you could not critique it properly? I guess there must be a bias-concept which this behaviour is included in.

Dr. Collier is one of the people I love best on Youtube!

Very much agree. She is chill af and explains her thoughts rationally. The first time I saw her video on Target, it felt a bit off but the more I listened the more I related to what she was saying.

I loved that video. Such a volume of low-energy snark that it added up to high-energy snark.
