Conservatives are once again proving that every accusation is a confession. Recently, more anti-LGBTQ bigots were exposed as hypocrites. The first is right-wing podcaster Benny Johnson, whose old co-worker spilled the tea on his alleged homosexuality during his Buzzfeed days. But he’s not alone. Bill Berrien, an anti-trans GOP gubernatorial candidate in Wisconsin dropped out of the race after he was caught following kink creators and a trans adult star on Medium. In conclusion: the loudest homophobes are probably secretly gay and the loudest transphobes are either chasers or secretly trans. It may sound like an oversimplification, but in this video, we’ll explain why this is almost always the case when it comes to anti-LGBTQ zealots on the right.

Shamelessly stolen from the yt comments:

Steven Crowder is the Bisexual Hulk, "don't make me angry, I get gay when I'm angry."

Chowder crossdresses wayyyy too often "as a joke."

which is so rediculous if your sober and haven't gotten twenty dollars.

The hypocrisy never really gets old, but these incidents sure highlight a deeper problem within the right's psyche as far as individual freedoms, beliefs, and general acceptance.

Liking a trans person doesn't make someone gay. Not that these people aren't massive hypocrites regardless

if you're not arnold schwarzenegger married to pamela andersson then you're gay, sorry i don't make the rules.

Yup.

I've always just assumed that any virulently anti-gay public figure just really loves getting some dick. (And there's nothing wrong with loving getting some dick.)

It's wrong when they can't be honest with themselves and think nobody else but them should have it. I wonder, who else do they expect to do it with if it were illegal? Does the thrill of self-imposed danger spice it up for them?

So the reason they're like that is they are externalizing their self repression or something?

pretty much. born and raised in an anti gay environment, they figure the best way to protect themselves is to become those who antagonize them, that, and money for the grift. when enough of them get together, there is a silent agreement that this is the way to protect themselves, and so they dont out eachother. they become a "secret society" of "higher class" gays. and much like the rest of their lives, they compartmentalize their gayness and their work/home life. purely for image and sustaining their living standards and connections. its pretty much the same with pedophiles in the elite class, and of course there is a cross over of those two worlds. there is also likely pressure applied to even non gay, non pedophile republicans to commit sexual acts they otherwise would not, for access to that world of power and money.

"you dont tell on me, i dont tell on you, and if you want to keep your standard of living, you'll pass this fucking bill"

all because they are too scared to tell daddy they like kissing boys. or crave money and power more than integrity.

as an LGBTQ+ member myself, i find it absolutely baffling. but then again, im from Canada.

This article does not even specificy if they were pitching or recieving so there is no way to tell if its gay. duh.

Don't even get to the republicans who try to protect kids from LGBTQ+ , when they say "but the kids" it is a whole another Pandora's box.
