I'll never willingly call a Canadian-born Cuban who serves America-first racist fascists "intelligent", but he's definitely educated and he does things on purpose.
i will however merrily call him Rafael Edward Cruz, until such a time that he loudly proclaims that he supports trans people's right to change their names.
