I would be skeptical of that claim as it's coming from Falun Gong, who are far-right. Not trying to defend China though.
It's not an allegation, China has been doing that for decades, I read about it in the newspapers back in 2001.
There are bigger fish to fry for us as to the organs I hear, our tax dollars involved, in harvesting palestinian organs for rich westerners.

yea alot of these tankies have have multiple accounts, just in case they get shutdown in any other thread they fire up one of thier ALTS to reinforce thier argument as if they were a different person.
