There’s a lot that can compare. No thanks

[–] FLA-Hoosier@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

What about the Lions OC?

[–] DillyDillySzn@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Nah, I would be better

I’m just built different

Harbaugh, a proven track record of winning

[–] Banglayna@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

A psycho and a cheater.

Harbaugh has won absolutely nothing of importance at Michigan, last coached in the NFL 9 years ago, and last but not least let a cheating ring take place within his program over multiple years.

So Lovie doesn’t compare!?

[–] AdPerfect69@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I’m with it.

[–] Grimace421@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Oh, STRONG disagree. Even though he's running a successful offense in Washington, I still want NOTHING to do with ex-Chiefs offensive coordinators. Hard pass.

[–] pleasedontbingme@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Absolutely not. Sam Howell has been sacked more than any other QB at an alarming rate.

Whether we role with Fields or bring in a rookie, I absolutely do not want to repeat the mistakes of not doing a better job protecting our QB

[–] MightyCyberMidget@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Look, sad to say, there will be no coach replacement without new ownership/management replacement. We can wish til we’re blue in the face but it ain’t gonna happen.

[–] GoldGlove2720@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I’d rather not. There is a reason he hasn’t been a HC yet. Ben Johnson should be the number 1 candidate. I don’t think Harbaugh leaves Michigan.

No thanks. There’s a reason the dude isnt a HC yet & it has a lot to do with his murky character concerns.

Tired of KC’s seconds.

[–] Erice84@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Yeah, I don't get how so many people are like "why doesn't he get a HC job" and yet don't bother to look up his lengthy criminal history. Assault, harassment, DUI, driving with a suspended license; several of those multiple times.

Regardless of whether you want him (and you shouldn't) the Bears simply don't hire guys with records like that.

I’m sick and tired of the coordinator carousel. Hire a proven head coach who knows how to win and command a team. All this talk about not wanting to sign Harbaugh because he would want too much control. Fuck it! Give it to him, what do you have to lose!?! This rinse and repeat of hiring incompetent coordinators isn’t working! Try something else you fucking cowards!

[–] Dude-Good@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Brian Burns better option

[–] Bushido_Plan@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

If anything I think Washington might be prepping Bienemy to be their HC and firing Ron Rivera in the offseason.

[–] C4shewLuv@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Think about it…he took a lateral position and the chiefs replaced him with Matt Nagy…

[–] shw5@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Every team in the NFL and 3 of my local high schools have interviewed and passed on this guy. Surely they are all wrong.

[–] Upset_Researcher_143@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

💯 agree with this

[–] faqyaself@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Bears are not getting a new HC. Cope already ffs

Jim Harbaugh should be the top target.

[–] HonoluluMaizeandBlue@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

One coach you should not look at under any circumstances is Ben Johnson!

He has so many skeletons in his closet that have yet to come out. You wouldn't believe what he does behind the scenes at the Lions facility, and at home. Stay as far away as you can from this scourge, this cancer in the locker room. Signed, a Lions fan desperately hoping we can somehow, miraculously, keep him as our offensive coordinator!

This seems very much look like a Chicago Bears hire. Can’t see them with Harbaugh or Johnson sadly

Houston OC.. already shown he is capable of coaching up a rookie QB. Which we should be drafting.

[–] Rex-Jay-Fields__Stan@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Never going to happen with his personal history. McCaskeys won’t even interview him. Guaranteed.
