Image: one of our POW camps filled with captured soldiers of the Christmas regime.

Season's greetings, fellow godless communists. I'm here to disseminate orders from our Supreme Communist Dictator as we once again find ourselves fighting against the very concept of Christmas. As a reminder, by the end of our five-year plan, we plan to be in a position to attack and dethrone God, but this intermediate step is required to fulfil this directive. Our forces in the field have made significant, if gradual, progress since you received your mission update last year. It has been difficult, but we have developed a series of defensive lines to prepare for a counteroffensive out of Lapland that will try and reach the Gulf of Bothnia in an attempt to cut the land bridge that we have set up across Scandinavia.

Currently, we foresee a few major threats. General Santa Clauswitz has been developing many tools in his workshop, including artillery-launched snowballs, barbed tinsel, and reinforced gingerbread armor plating for his tanks and infantry carriers. President Frostyy has made the following public statement: "The socialists who wish to destroy us have no idea what their defenses are about to face. Democracy will always defeat autocracy. Christmas will always triumph over X-mas. The leaders of the axis facing us are all on the naughty list and will be tried for crimes against festivity once this war is over."

Delusional as this may be, the next couple days will be the most dangerous as they stage their counteroffensive, and we need everybody to pitch in and get into defensive positions. We expect this to be the last major push that they will make before collapse. Please report any Christmas trees, mistletoe, or general symbology of the Christmas regime to your superiors.

Over and out.

Sources:

Defense Politics Asia's youtube channel and their map. Their youtube channel has substantially diminished in quality but the map is still useful. Moon of Alabama, which tends to have interesting analysis. Avoid the comment section.
Understanding War and the Saker: reactionary sources that have occasional insights on the war.
Alexander Mercouris, who does daily videos on the conflict. While he is a reactionary and surrounds himself with likeminded people, his daily update videos are relatively brainworm-free and good if you don't want to follow Russian telegram channels to get news. He also co-hosts The Duran, which is more explicitly conservative, racist, sexist, transphobic, anti-communist, etc when guests are invited on, but is just about tolerable when it's just the two of them if you want a little more analysis.

The king of U.S. fascism and genocide—Andrew Jackson—apparently taught his parrot to swear, and it was so foul-mouthed and obnoxious and disruptive at his funeral that they kicked it out.

I guess what I'm trying to say is: way to make excellent use of your training, birdie. parrot-vibin

Evo Morales can no longer run for President.

Bolivia's Plurinational Constitutional Court has overturned a previous ruling by the same court allowing indefinite re-election. As a result, Evo Morales, the country's former president, cannot stand for re-election in 2025. The Court considered that the human right to be elected has limitations, and that the country's constitution prohibits more than two terms for one person.

Well, this sucks. I still have hope that Luis Arce and Evo Morales still reconciliate just like Lula da Silva and Marina Silva did.

Let me be clear: I think the Houthis are good and they should continue enforcing their rightful and moral blockade of the Zionist Entity otherwise known as "Israel" through violent means and anybody who tries to lift said blockade should be labelled a Genocide Supporter and destroyed.

Times are changing and it's about time we start being honest about stuff.

Imagine you're a Zionist soldier who just got shot in the chest. In your final moments you see your squad come for you. You hope that they provide medical aid to you or something but they just start jacking you off and collect your cum then leave you to die.

Bit idea: Go into chud Facebook groups complaining about the lack of gloryholes in this day and age and blame their disappearance on “the woke mob”. Then try to get people riled up enough to start a movement dedicated to bringing them back.

The evolution of social transfers in Iran between 2010 and 2020

The evolution of social transfers in Iran between 2010 and 2020 Iran has a robust social safety net that combines cash transfers, social insurance, near-universal health care, and subsidies. Protections include unemployment insurance, sick leave, maternity benefits, family allowances, unemployment benefits, and allocations for disabled persons (Ridao-Cano et al. 2023). The two direct benefits on which Iranians rely the most are pensions and cash transfers.

Iran’s pension system comprises 18 contributory pension funds, which provide defined benefit pensions. An estimated 75 percent of employed people have pension insurance, of which half are covered by the Social Security Organization. Those without pensions work primarily in the informal sector and as seasonal laborers (LANDINFO 2020). Contributions are mandatory for wage workers and optional for the self-employed, who may opt in to the pension system with a payment of 12 percent of their income. Full pension is paid at age 60 for men and 55 for women with at least 20 years of contributions, or at age 50 for men and 45 for women with at least 30 years of covered work. Critically, pensions are benchmarked to the minimum wage and adjusted for increases in the cost of living, so they retain their real value.

While Iran long relied on universal fuel and bread subsidies, economic reforms in 2010 and 2011 phased out these subsidies and replaced them with targeted cash transfer program known as the Targeted Subsidy Program (Guillaume, Zytek, and Farzin 2011). The transfer was set at 455,000 Iranian rials, or about US$40 (US$90 in 2011 purchasing power parity terms) per person per month for all Iranians (Salehi-Isfahani, Stucki, and Deutschmann 2015). While initially intended to be universal, the government has tightened the requirements gradually to exclude the top 30 percent of households (UNICEF 2019). Initial estimates suggested that the cash transfers had a positive effect in reducing poverty and inequality, with a reduction in the headcount ratio by 11.9 percentage points (Enami, Lustig, and Taqdiri 2019).

source - World Bank report pg 21

I don't know if anyone's interested, I've been reading about Iran's economy and didn't even know a lot of this stuff. Iran has:

  • near-universal health care
  • free university
  • sick leave
  • 52 days PTO (30 days of PTO with 22 public holidays on top of that)
  • 3 months maternity leave
  • pensions that cover 75%+ of the employed, indexed to minimum wage/inflation/COL such that they retain their real value and are never lower than the minimum wage
  • (among?) the lowest retirement age in the world
  • a direct monthly cash payment to citizens
  • subsidization of energy costs

the single biggest problem seems to be the criminal sanctions and lack of economic opportunity/growth. so much interesting stuff going on otherwise.

A young Israeli man has been jailed for refusing mandatory service

Tal Mitnick, an 18-year-old Israeli, has been sentenced to 30 days in military prison for refusing to enlist in the army in protest of Israel’s war in Gaza.

“Violence cannot solve the situation, neither by Hamas nor by Israel. There is no military solution to a political problem,” he wrote in a statement explaining his decision.

Today's Gaza combat footage, featuring another instance of planting a bomb right on the side of a tank.

Its crazy hiw small some of these tunnel holes are. Do you think some of them are improvised? Im thinking long horizontal tunnels with locations that can be very quickly dug or excavated to provide dynamic ambushes. It's crazy how close this guy pops up beside that tank

Update from Yahya Sinwar, the head of Hamas:

Al-Qassam Brigades are engaged in fierce, intense, and unprecedented battles against the IOF forces, causing significant losses in both their lives & equipment for the occupying army.

Al-Qassam targeted at least 5,000 soldiers/officers during the ground battles, resulting in 1/3 killed, 1/3 seriously injured, and the remaining 1/3 with permanent disabilities. Regarding military vehicles, 750 of them were destroyed, either completely or partially.

Al-Qassam have shattered the Israeli army, continuing on the path of breaking it, and they will not submit to the conditions of the occupation.

We could see almost a quarter of Gaza’s population - close to half- a million human beings - dying within a year. Largely deaths from preventable health causes & collapse of the medical system. It’s a crude estimate, but one that is data-driven…

twitter | nitter

this is just insane. 75% of homes in Gaza are destroyed and 50% of buildings as a whole damaged/destroyed. there's no functioning Gaza left. even if the bombing stops now, the situation is catastrophic, and it's not stopping.

The Zionist Occupation Can No Longer Hide Its Losses

Zionist savagery backfires: even fungi reject the occupiers Additionally, the Israeli Public Broadcasting Authority (Kan 11) revealed earlier this week that dozens of occupation soldiers have become seriously ill due to an infection by a deadly fungus. According to Kan 11, some of the injured soldiers, who returned from the war in the Gaza Strip, are being treated in the ICU, and their condition was described as “very serious.” According to Lebanese outlet Al-Akhbar, “Israeli” epidemiologists have declared an emergency meeting to discuss the dangerous repercussions of the fungi, and the possibility of an outbreak among occupation soldiers. The “Israeli” epidemiologists suspect that its source is contaminated soil in Gaza, which was mixed with sewage after the occupation army destroyed the sewage pumps in the northern areas of the Gaza Strip.

The deadly fungus is not the first disease to affect enemy soldiers participating in the war of extermination on Gaza. The Zionist newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth revealed earlier this month that the army faced a massive outbreak of intestinal diseases and cases of food poisoning among its soldiers. Dozens of soldiers were transferred to the hospital with cases of dysentary that were “caused by a combination of expired donated food that was stored in an unprofessional way, and lack of personal hygiene.” It seems the colonizers who, for years have used biological weapons against the Palestinians, are getting a taste of their own savagery.

Imperialists can only do two things: murder and lie

As the US-Israeli war on the Palestinians approaches its third month, it is noteworthy that the occupation has been unable to achieve any strategic victories in the Gaza Strip. It has been unable to free a single one of its POW’s outside of prisoner exchange; it has not succeeded in eliminating the leadership of the Resistance despite endless claims that it is “close to eliminating” Hamas leader Yahya al-Sinwar; it has not significantly diminished the capacities of the resistance in any way, this is proven by the fact Resistance rockets continue to strike “Tel-Aviv” and other occupation cities on a daily basis; it has not succeeded in breaking the spirit of the brave Palestinians or uprooting the people of Gaza into the Sinai Peninsula. It is quite evident that the United States, which is leading this war, and the Zionist entity’s only “successes” consist of bombing civilian infrastructure and martyring civilians.

Since October 7, the genocidal war on Gaza has claimed the lives of at least 20,424 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injuring 54,036 others, according to local health authorities. Thousands of innocent civilians are unaccounted for, trapped under the rubble, due to the scorched earth nature of the Zionist genocide.

The imperialists who are hellbent on annihilating Palestine are only capable of two things: murdering civilians and lying about their crimes and their losses. The longer this war drags on, the more the Resistance continues to punish the occupiers for their arrogance and their crimes against humanity.

reddit is full of fedposting and shitlibs and chuds, of course, but I swear since even western MSM started to talk about Ukraine like it's a lost cause, the posts about "evil ruZZians" resurged with a fresh momentum.

users on r/europe have the gall to say Gaza is off-topic since it's not in Europe, even though EU countries send weapons to Israel - so it would definitely be more relevant to the presumably Western redditors handwringing about Putler. But I guess they don't want to vote out politicians aiding Israel's genocide. EU and European redditors are the worst kind of shitlibs.

Taiwan has given me a Boris Yeltsin moment where I just sat outside and stared at everything. It's hard to see a country smaller and just as much of a US vassal as yours reaping the benefits so much more. All we get out of it is corruption, violence, and cultural regression. We have more resources and territory than Taiwan with a much younger population. Yet we're still barely above countries like Argentina and Ukraine that are torn apart at the moment.

Part of me doesn't want to leave after experiencing a better living standard than even the US when I lived there.

Another part of me remembers the comrades back at home that are still fighting on and it's at that point that I remember why I chose to go back.

Lebanese Marxist Dr Ali Kadri when asked about the new relationships of Soft/Hard power following Al Aqsa Flood. (It's in Arabic and very long, I just used machine translation for the excerpts. Some interestingbits to chew on)

"this is a vocabulary used by the dominant imperialist ideology. We should not use this vocabulary (soft power, hard power, and the like...). Power crystallizes according to the balance of forces and according to the goals of capital, but the main force has always been the power of the military. When you kill the world and defeat it, you can defeat it intellectually. ...what I want to say is that shaking the image of "Israel" is inevitable. "Israel" is part of the composition of capital, and since capital is a fictional matter, as we have said, the mere fact that the illusion of this fantasy falls, its imaginary power with all its effects will fall. It is not necessary to win over this illusion with weapons, but it depends on people's awareness first and foremost. As soon as people see that "Israel" is an illusion and weak and is part of an imaginary construction, "Israel"will fall. And if this thing is neglected by Arabs and Muslims, our weakness lies in the inability of people to see the illusion of "Israel". "Israel" is an alien entity from the region, and even they-the Israelis-know that they are hired by world capitalism to strike the Arab and Islamic peoples, and this is taken for granted. ... The bottom line is, we should think about something else differently. The military and violence is the fundamental actvity of all the practices of the imperialist powers. ...

Interviewer: your words lead me to the last question about the Arab left, where is the Arab left today from what is happening?

Ali Al-Kadri: we reap what we sow. The weakness and powerlessness of the Arabs in the street is the result of a weakness of thought. The war of thought is the cornerstone of confrontation, and if we do not have an alternative thought that removes the illusion of capital in a way that completely changes the face of the region and changes the balance of power in these countries, what are we doing in our reality. Our Arab reality has enormous capabilities to produce, impose alternatives, impose the conditions of our peoples on the international trade exchange process, and cancel the western settlements that colonize thought mainly from universities and ways of thinking, but the problem is in the entire global left and not only us.

The West has become aware of the danger that the left is the birthplace of many new ideas that could destabilize its influence. So, the West undermined the left with projects of buying the left and buying revolutionary thought, and what's more, especially paid academics. I consider it a victory of our Lebanese and Arab people that academics are not the ones who lead the people and the revolution, otherwise the situation would be a disaster for us. ... Therefore, I find the crisis is a crisis of thought, a crisis of alternative thought. There is an absence of alternative thought, based on Western liberal thought, which has polluted the thought of the peoples in the Global South as a whole."

I have been thinking a bit about Javier Milei and his government. It is clear that this guy is going to fail miserably. I've even seen some liberals saying that this guy is crazy and that his reforms will not pass congress.

It seems as if he is trying to speedrun a communist revolution or just dumb enough to believe 100% in his own ideology. The thing is, most people in Latin America like having a strong state, as long as it doesn't directly interfere in their private lives. Everyone enjoys public transportation, healthcare, public education and social security.

What this guy is doing is destroying the state because he is either dumb and really thinks it will help, or he is just evil and wants to steal as much money as he can in his job while making life really worse for people. Since destroying the state would mean destroying the lives of the people who depend on it, which is basically 90% of the population.

Also, it's really funny how he's fucked, he has no relation to China or Brazil. The US doesn't care about him. And he destroyed all the media platforms that the government had, besides his social media accounts.

At 12:00 AM sharp and within the first seconds of 2024, Hamas fired rockets towards Tel Aviv. Israelis will not celebrate and get drunk while Palestinians are decomposing on the streets of Gaza.

Hamas did not kill anyone. They knew rockets will be shot down by the iron dome. However, this attack forced thousands of celebrating Israelis into the bunkers at the first second of New Years festivities. This is a message to Israel: “You won’t live normally when Gaza cannot”

https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2023/12/27/indonesian-students-evict-rohingya-from-shelter-demanding-deportation

Hundreds of university students in Indonesia’s westernmost province of Aceh have stormed a temporary shelter for Rohingya refugees, demanding they be deported.

Protesters on Wednesday forced more than 100 Rohingya out of a convention centre in the city of Banda Aceh, in the latest episode of discrimination against the persecuted minority group from Myanmar.

More than 1,500 Rohingya refugees have arrived on the shores of Aceh since mid-November in what the United Nations says is their biggest influx in eight years.

Some of their boats have faced rejection by Indonesian locals and in some cases, returned to sea.

Videos of the incident showed the students, many wearing jackets with different universities’ insignias, running into the convention centre’s basement, chanting “Kick them out” and “Reject Rohingya in Aceh”.

Fascism spreading and totally not a coincidence that many of people who spread propaganda against rohingyas are supporters of the war criminal and literal school of americas alumni candidate

What about the weapons?

Perhaps one of the most pressing questions for the people and the Resistance’s mass base is the possibility of running out of rockets and anti-tank shells, which are the backbone of field work. However, the Qassam Brigades, for example, began manufacturing the Yassin-105 rocket back in 2017. The rockets only officially entered service during the Al-Aqsa Flood.

Since 2017, this weapon has remained a secret achievement that has not appeared in military parades or exercises covered by the media. What this means is that military manufacturing units and workshops have been working for five years to produce these projectiles in abundance. This is in addition to to the imported weapons that reach the Gaza Strip, such as RPG-7 and PG-29V Tandem shells. Other explosive devices are also available in abundance, especially since the Resistance has been domestically producing many of them for over 15 years.

Additionally, sources close to the Resistance revealed to Al-Akhbar that the Resistance factions developed the technical capacity to manufacture Kalashnikov (AK-47) ammunition locally, more than seven years ago, despite the fact that the production process requires about 60 complex operations. It is worth noting that the locally manufactured ammunition has proven to be just as effective as imported bullets.

A field source in the Al-Quds Brigades, whom we met while preparing a file following the Battle of Sword of Al-Quds in 2021, revealed that it is official policy that the minimum stockpile of ready-to-use mortar shells in the field must exceed 15,000 shells. Naturally, the number is several times greater for the Qassam Brigades, given their greater size, capabilities, and resources.

In conclusion, the Resistance maintains stable field conditions in this phase of the war. The fighters have studied the elements of the battlefield, adapted to the intensity of the enemy surveillance, artillery, and bombing, and have gained a deep understanding of the psychology of the enemy’s soldiers and their way of working. All of this leads to the Resistance’s stability and continuous successful operations, the results of which can be seen in the performance of the its negotiating delegation behind the scenes, such as the unanimous position on the release of the captured soldiers, and the adherence to the demand that there is no negotiation except with a complete ceasefire. Even temporary truces, which have in the past allowed them to re-calibrate the course of the battle, are no longer a necessary concession for the Resistance.
