Nope it's pretty smart to do it that way still some good qbs at 4 and 5 if we want to do that way. Oregon's QB would be fine

Sincere question: are there examples of when firing a staff, of a bottom-tier team, mid-season helped accelerate a turn-around? in c/bears@nfl.community

Longer they stay more the current roster gets hurt by their incompetence bad coaches breed bad cultures so if you let a loser stay around too longer than you get yourself a team of losers.
