You’d want to bring McDaniels in after what just happened with the Raiders? He lost the entire locker room in just over a year. They roasted his ass so hard and tossed him to the curb.

I think overall we are better than our record, not much but a little bit. We have a decent RB and WR core, our OLine is getting better, defense is mostly miss but has some hits. I think this team under a different regime is a solid 500 team, just good enough to sometime squeak a wild card but not good enough to be considered favorites.
Weeding out the unfaithful with this question. I see you.
It’s really nice when both of my teams play each other while neither being close to .500.
