Not the original post, but it’s usually speed. Manufacturing employees get pushed for more output, and usually that means that maintenance gets rushed.

A decade ago I was working somewhere with massive production machines with big rollers to pull the product through. One guy left the machine running to clean it so he could just sort of buff the rollers to clean them instead of scrubbing.

He got his arm sucked in up to his shoulder before someone was able to hit the e-stop

Ace Combat 5! The best story in the series. A man/woman/other of fine taste!

I still can’t listen to Blurry by Puddle of Mudd without thinking about this game

How is that in any way shocking?

We were upgrading computers to go to windows 8, they decided for new machines for everyone. There was a pallet of computers outside the IT office.

One day the IT reported he was missing a couple computers. Boss decides not to publicize that and put up a camera.

Next day they walked out a guy who had been working as a temp for a year and had just been converted to full time. They told him if the computers came back they wouldn’t go to the police

I will be thrilled if they take out the stat leveling system or at least fix it. Miserable needing to min max how you level up your skills

Butterfree

Gen 1 it didn’t do a whole lot, it had all the early status effects but not much else.

Fire red and leaf green they added abilities, and gave it some psychic moves, so it became the best status effect inflicter who could then still do something after

I think they’re trying to say that they demand that the store issues a new receipt where any tax amount is deducted, the “zeroed out” comment. It seems like they think that the business will then use the receipt to get some sort of refund on the tax at the end of the month and then pass that refund back to Dingbat

I totally feel you. I was clearly NOT the favorite child growing up.

The problem is it takes a lot to be an actual parent and not everyone is up to the task. It isn’t your fault, you have worth and are deserving of love and support.
