I always hated the HOF perspective on that. It’s 33% of the game, and you’re going to tell me that just because the player may not have “excelled” at a skilled position that they didn’t do enough? A kicker, punter and long snapper all have one job and they command roster spots for that reason. Why are returners looked over unless they did things in addition to the return game?

Peppers was really good for us despite being past his prime. Jared Allen was a ghost.
Haven’t they been through enough? Cmon, let them have it.
Bears, take notes.
Imagine getting a call from a child dealing with a life altering diagnosis, telling you they are your fan. I hope they can get to a game and he gets to meet Stone.
Also, the dad got laid off and the mom drives for Uber?? What a terrible time in their lives. I hope Stone was able to help them smile a bit.
It’s like when your kid goes to college, you’ll see him a couple times a year to catch up. But, you know he’s going on to do great things.
So many people are calling or Jim Harbaugh to the Bears. Please give us Ben Johnson instead (sorry Lions bros).
With stats like this, you have to point to the coaching staff. Justin Fields played fine. The last play was meh, but you hope your line holds up, and I can’t place that all on QB1.
Defense did their best but we didn’t capitalize with three turnovers. We got way too conservative in our play calling.
What I would have given to see them both live. I’ve watched every highlight tape, but my family always said no one ran like Gale. No one hit like Butkus. It was before my time.
I’m sorry about the Browns. Browns fans deserve better. But hey, you found another team with historic QB challenges, great running backs, that prides itself on defense. Not so different!
One of us! One of us!
