Yeah if you make lasagna it's usually the best like 2-5 hours after being done. If kept in the turned off oven it stays nice and warm but solidifes just right

I literally feel sick if I eat breakfast. Only after a couple hours do I get hungry. I only really eat breakfast if I know I am going to be physically active and will need the energy like if I went cycling or hiking.

Intimidation tactic.

 

Made some 48hr pizza but only had time to let it rise overnight. Still one of the best pizzas I ever had. The dough is just amazing. Even had a friend try making it today and he said it was so good he basically vacuumed it up.
