Three letter acronyms are the most I am willing to pronounce separately. More than that - if it doesn't have an obvious correct pronounciation, maybe the author should've used their brain instead of some dumb not so straightforward pronounciation.
I heavily vibe with the meme, and I work as a programmer. Usually I have a task or two for several days so I just work at my own pace if it is not some high priority stuff. Sometimes it is 1 hour on 2 hours off, sometimes it is 10 hours of hyperfocus and a feeling of emptiness when I am done and want to continue.
There has to be an acceptable line between "no prostate cancer" and "dick falling off".

They recently finally merged teams, chats, and discussions into one tab, which was probably one of the main pain points and reason why I missed to many messages posted on teams.
The chat is still a mess and I hate it. The calls don't work about 50% of the time and even tho it is just a PWA in Chrome, it manages to give others echo - not the usual "person X has shitty mic and headphones" type, no, it gives literal 1:1 and the person has to restart tramd and join the call again. The inability to sometimes join the same call on phone and laptop is fucked up - fucking Skype for Businrss could do it, why not this piece of shit that has been developed for several years?!

Well, it is not as black and white as you might think. If I simplify it a lot, going from 200 pounds to 120 can prolong my life by 10 years I wouldn't mind losing 2 by doing it.
It doesn't just make a number go down, it leads to less strain on basically every component of your body. Muscles, bones, joints, organs, you name it. Lower blood pressure, better blood work, less strain on the system. High weight is the culprit for a lot of problems rather than just being a number and occupying more space.

A good siren would probably text some actually enticing stuff - like that the water is very pleasant and that she's skinny dipping. This one is probably frustrated that she can't allure anyone, so she's desperately trying anything and everything.
