Did you try to endure the cravings for a few days? If you switch to a healthy diet it's annoying first, but after some time you are used to it. The microbiom changes - bacteria population processing healthy food grow, others starve.

If you do this - e.g. pulling your finger - regularly during the day you will remember to do it in your dreams. If you wanna try lucid dreaming be aware of sleep paralysis.

I always wake up when I do this because of the shock when I see how they look - sometimes like claws, or the bones are visible. Tried this as reality check to train lucid dreaming, because it's not really noticeable to others during the day - in contrast to the casual jump to check for flying skills

The statement was that the amount of moved muscle is related to the amount of calories that are burnt - an obese person does not have large muscles automatically. When they move the weight definitely has an impact on their muscles - a workout without additional weights would have a bigger impact on burnt calories as for a skinny person with same muscle mass. But the impact of moving through the living room on overall calorie balance should be neglectible.

I hope this will blow up even though they try to mute any unwanted news with their continuously ongoing creation of brown noise.

I like the idea but - maybe it's just me - doesn't "37 goals left for today!" feel overwhelming?

In my country it has been made easier to change the gender in your passport. I think it's a good step forward. But since this has officially been decided, multiple times people used the sentence above for any gender related issue, with derogatory attitude. For example when talking about quota of women at work or pay gaps. When I just look at them, because I'm missing a good response, they add something like "now it's easy, everyone can change it just as they like". I don't know how to concisely respond to this. There are multiple things wrong - as if discrimination would disappear by "changing" gender and the obvious dissent about it being a progressive step that everyone can decide for themselves now what the gender entry in their ID is. What would be a good short response in a situation like this?

Hi, updated the app and tried again but "download" does not seem to do anything, or at least I cannot find the pictures in my gallery. Does the download folder have to be configured somewhere? Couldn't find the setting. Thanks!
