Did you try to endure the cravings for a few days? If you switch to a healthy diet it's annoying first, but after some time you are used to it. The microbiom changes - bacteria population processing healthy food grow, others starve.
If you do this - e.g. pulling your finger - regularly during the day you will remember to do it in your dreams. If you wanna try lucid dreaming be aware of sleep paralysis.
I always wake up when I do this because of the shock when I see how they look - sometimes like claws, or the bones are visible. Tried this as reality check to train lucid dreaming, because it's not really noticeable to others during the day - in contrast to the casual jump to check for flying skills

When they move the weight definitely has an impact on their muscles - a workout without additional weights would have a bigger impact on burnt calories as for a skinny person with same muscle mass. But the impact of moving through the living room on overall calorie balance should be neglectible.
