Now that Matt Canada has been let go, I think we’ve found the next coach of the Bears. We like to rotate between defense and offense and the Steelers have always been above 500 with him. I think he will be the one to truly bring out the potential of Justin.

Recently would be Geno. He went from an awful situation with bad coaching and players to a good situation with one of the best coaches and supporting cast. Tannehill could be another but that falls into the same boat.

We have a lot of talent on this roster, it’s just horribly mismanaged. We are spending a ton of money and draft capital on defensive players that have previously been good and are now bad and that’s almost certainly a coaching problem. The offense has good guys all over the place besides Center.
