I was planning to use rsync to ship several TB of stuff from my old NAS to my new one soon. Since we're already talking about rsync, I guess I may as well ask if this is right way to go?

The Democrats need to be reminding everyone that budget talks are pointless when Trump can do this shit.

I backed that Kickstarter. I guess I should have paid more attention to what happened afterwards.

You can disable that

  • On the Xbox home screen, go to "My Games and Apps."
  • Then, go to "Apps," "Settings," "General," and "Personalization."
  • Go to "Games and Apps," then scroll to the right until the three boxes below "Choose whether game hubs open automatically from the following places."
  • Uncheck the boxes on all three options: "Recently Played List," "Groups," and "Installed Games."--

Fightful: Andrade El Idolo Becomes First Wrestler To Go From WWE To AEW To WWE To AEW

They say the grass is always greener on the other side, and Andrade really wants to be where the greener grass is.

USA Today's post is more detailed, and it's clearer about this being temporary:

The classic coffee brand introduced the limited-edition Maxwell Apartment canister on National Coffee Day, Sept. 29, and a few more are still up for grabs on Amazon.

Customers can still purchase the regular Maxwell House coffee canisters online and at grocery stores. Maxwell Apartment is a part of a limited-time marketing campaign.

Including Fortnite Crew in Game Pass Ultimate is a terrible justification for the 50% price increase. How many people who play Fortnite enough for Crew to be useful also play other games enough for Game Pass Ultimate to be worthwhile?

They'll let Trump get away with almost anything, but they know letting him mess with the Fed will hurt their 401ks, and that is where they draw the line.

First of all, how is a site named “techdirt” always hitting the nail on the head with political commentary?

Techdirt had a back in March titled Why Techdirt Is Now A Democracy Blog (Whether We Like It Or Not) to explain their current direction.

He used to work for Fox News, of course he has a skewed view on the importance of optics.

When was the last time you checked? A client was added to the WebOS store maybe 2 or 3 years ago for recent models, and support for older models (like my C9) came months later.

“We terminated these channels as it’s still against our rules for previously terminated users to start new channels,” according to the company. “The pilot program for terminations that many people have been referencing this week isn’t available yet and will be a limited pilot program to start. We’ll have more on how the program will work, who is eligible, and how creators can access it soon.“

Jones and Fuentes may not be eligible to rejoin under the program even when it does get going.

Jones was taken off YouTube prior to the pandemic in 2018 for violations including hate speech and child endangerment, and Fuentes was banned in 2020 for hate speech.

Basically he heard people who'd been banned where going to be allowed back and went back without looking into the details.
