Such a well-conceived feature could never possibly be abused for unintended purposes.

I was completely unaware of a couple of those purple "connections".

There are actually more operators than just JR and Keisei, but transferring between any of them is usually very quick and painless if you have any of the major transportation network cards in Japan, or associated NFC app. Only tourists actually buy tickets at the machines.

However, it does tend to cost more than sticking to one operator.

I am not sure "mildly infuriating" is accurate in this case.

The frog/Nintendo thing took me a while, and I also managed to miss the new years hint TWICE because I entered it using numerals like an idiot.

Why do you think this is spell check and not syntax checking?

The tab shows as unsaved up at the top and there is a JS next to that, which probably means it's trying to parse that as JavaScript. Just save the file with an appropriate extension (maybe .txt or .md) or you can (I think) also manually set that behavior.

I have message from a recent well-known fediverse bot in my inbox. Boost displays this as an unread message with (1) notification at the bottom.

I cannot figure out how to delete this message, nor clear the notification.
