It's multiplicative not additive stacking.
Sorry, my bad. Here’s the corrected calculation:
(big + dick) * (big + dick) = big² + 2*big*dick + dick²
Dick is a constant and Size is the modifier. If it worked the way you described then everybody could gain or remove a dick with ease.
