This. At a governmental level, it isn't a huge number for an issue of this magnitude. Enough to try and sway opinion (aka marketing), but less so for real change.
Isn’t the house price about 1m +? 600 dwellings in a country of 60m or however many people.
About 42M when I started writing this comment but we're probably closing on 60M now as I finish typing it out...
