Pea is stored in the cans

The cans(ada)

In uh, in canada

I'm not sure how to get this one to work but it's in here somewhere

Huh, no pea action in the U.S.

Mainly in Europe, France especially, interesting

You'd think with the U.S.'s varied climates and space someone would've given it a go

I guess I never really thought about it, but none of the Latin food I cook ever calls for peas. Huh.

[–] queermunist@lemmy.ml 6 points 1 year ago

The Fr*nch instinct to colonize is so powerful that the Quebecois forced the rest of Canada to grow their peas.

dark green areas: THIS HERE IS PEA COUNTRY

China's mainland: Peas? No thanks.
China's coastline: I FUCKING LOVE PEAS

Australia: Peas? No thanks
Australias southern coast: I FUCKING LOVE PEAS

This is dialectics

I guess it makes sense that it is so concentrated as peas do really well getting frozen or dried depending on how you want to use them.

Confused why there are no peas in the BeNeLux region though, as the cursed love children of England, France and Germany you’d assume they would grow some peas at least.
