Americans have a moral obligation to resist Donald Trump and project 2025 at every turn.
America is a flawed democracy currently being ruled by oligarchs. Stop the backslide! Dont let America become the next Hungary.
America needs to challenge the court rulings of citizens united v. fec and shelby county v. holder, protect the media, implement independent district drawing, and the single transferable vote so they don't end up having people stay home in life-changing elections because they cannot vote for their favourite candidate.

We were kinda just hoping that you'd build (and pay) for it.
boycotting is more like a low risk personal choice, when avoiding the US may to do to with preventing possible bad time
I refuse to patronise the ICE facilities just because I've been shitposting about Trump.
Some guy in the White House said the US doesn't need us or our stuff. Then fine, our money will be used to grow our own economy.

Only -10% in March, year on year. I was surprised it's only down by that much, but the lots of people plan their trips a long time in advance and canceling can be complicated. I wonder what the summer will bring.
Well with all the tourist/work visa suprise jails stories that happen right now it does not surprise me. Plus the boycott due to tariff and other diplomatic masterclass

I remember having border fun way back in the day (2012?) and I'm Canadian and had a TN1 visa and was just doing some contract work in New York just for a bit. One guy was just giving me shit. In his broken Vietnamese accent he said: "you are trying to come to our country to take our jobs". I'm half-Viet and I was like "I'm here to do a gig this week and will be going home" ... in my mind I was thinking ... "that's a weird thing to accuse me of with that accent ...."
I live here and I'm boycotting domestic travel. I'm scared to get anywhere near TSA right now. They might try and steal my passport if I get clocked
So a 10% hit on an already struggling economy and rocky hegemony. Loving the ratchet effect in the US.
