At a glance these look ontario-specific, am I off-base? Never heard of TVO before.
It is not strictly Ontario-specific. At my glance, I see documentaries about Italy and South Africa.
But TVO is owned and operated by the province of Ontario, so it is naturally going to be focused on what is of interest to the people of Ontario. You are not off-base in that regard.
