Those scallops look juicy, cooked just the right amount. I bet they paired really well with your sides. Makin me sooo hungry haha

Wish we had anything from the sea that's not super bony white fish. Beyond jealous of people who have access to scollops, oysters and shrimps to the point where they can even deep fry them and throw it into a stew.

I live in southern Germany, far away from any fresh seafood. This was my first time eating (and cooking) scallops. Found them at an Italian grocery store, frozen.
