Why do you care how long someone took to finish college? How does it impact you if someone still lives with his parents?
It's a greentext that is very fake and designed to get the emotions of NEETs and people who still live with their parents up. While there might be very few people who despise NEETs, this is absolutely not a topic that is "all they talk about".
I could picture it actually happening. I used to work with a bunch of people who constantly, for years, talked about how much they hated Northerners and people who had been to college.

You don’t exist to work. Work exists in service to your desire to live in human society and nothing else.
But maybe I don't desire to live in this society, there is just no other option because they will take away my things and lock me up or kill me if I try to defend them. Freedom isn't even an option, but whatever this is is still a bit less shit than a cell.
Then learn to forage or farm and steal a plot of land out in the forested boonies. Or join a commune. Or move to another country with your belongings. Or or or or etc.
