He was obstructing law enforcement by advocating foe the defendant in court. That's what he's accused of. Defending a criminal defendant. For helping the defendant get due process. That's obstruction to a fascist and only a fascist. If they arrest you, that is a declaration of your guilt I their eyes.

10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

That's the same reason they have been arresting judges: trying to get people their day in court instead of them being kidnapped by the Gestapo.
