That tracks. They treat the Constitution the same way they treat the Bible. What is written there doesn’t matter. It’s not a thing that actually exists but a concept, and that concept “says” whatever they want it to say.
I couldn't have said it any better.
Why is every word in the title beginning with a capital letter? This is an eyesore and annoying to read. Only the first word of a sentence, names, months and days, some abbreviations and "I" should be written with a capital letter. As explained here.

It's common to capitalize words in a title (other than exception words like "of"). It actually says this in your link.

Do these people understand that once they give away these powers the next person who wrestles away power from trump may see them as an enemy? With the constitutional power to disappear homegrown terrorists nobody is safe.
