Russians usually name their stuff with funny names, probably a tradition since "Katyusha".

Recently watched an interview with a Russian drone maker, and he said Russian MOD told him to rename his drone model because it's name sounded too aggressive.

Interesting but weird article. Weirdly structured.

The flowery language in an otherwise factual article seems to be an Indian thing that is mildly confusing to me but sure.
