Not hiding anything really. Just assuming the rest of the world will keep looking the other way.

It's very fucking dark that when reading about this I immediately think about how the timing of this coming out coincides with Europe (and Britain) pulling together in disapproval of Israel.

But both cases should be in front of the ICC, honestly, and a rain een such a court is necessary. Why is it so giving hard not to kill and torture children?

Well essentially it's best to keep on trying and develop a sense of what you yourself find most pleasing.

Direct flash, Dutch Angles and lazy cropping/editing is part of a modern design trend. But it is worth while learning how to do stuff, classically.

Playing with light is essential and it's cool to see how small changes in angle of lighting can dramatically alter your image.

It's not a guide, it's a list.

Well you need to know a lot about the reproductive process of amphibians, so that you can tell others about it.

That and minor in aggressive rap music might help.

Also watching Bob Ross, as he used to be a drill instructor.

Title is pretty descriptive. Cathartic to watch!

Last couple of days there's several issues with the UI. Thumbnails fail to load and symbols and letters are missing all over.

I have a thing with museum attendants chairs and photograph them.

Hi there!

Seeing the enshittification of Windows unfold, I'm curious about trying out Linux.

I don't want to move over my main machine just yet, but I've got a 9 yo HP Pavilion 15-e001ed spare laptop I want to experiment with. Eventually I want a gaming laptop that can run steam games.

When I googled I found a plethora of pieces of advice, but seeing the proselytizing for Linux here, maybe I could get a bit more personal advice as a potential conscript.

So what advice would you give me to start my journey into Linux?

UPDATE: Ok my cherry is popped, writing this from a fresh Mint install. It's suprisingly smooth sailing. Only thing is somehow software gets installed on my root partition instead of the home partition I made because people told me so.

But overall not nearly as dounting as I thought it would be. Thanks for the help everybody!
