Team. Now we just gota get rid of the bs arm tackling, constant screen pass bs, and improve on center. Hope we draft harrison Jr Joe alt, move Braxton to LG, grab the best center in free agency, sign Johnson to a good deal to keep him. Thiers hope with small wins. Bagent will be a good backup. Fields can be good with a better offensive line and scheme.

I want fields to do well so bad, it just hasn’t worked here.

QB2 hyping up QB1

[–] serbeardless@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I'm really bummed Fields isn't working out.

[–] Hey_Eugene@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

That’s my qb1

[–] MisterHappySpanky@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Giving Bagent his card, let’s go!

Fields seems to have the locker room behind him, especially the talented players. That should matter more to people.

[–] Any_Mathematician756@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Facts, it’s totally different than the end days of Mitch tbh

[–] mistergeegaga@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Those who play with and against Fields think he is the goods. Those who watch and know football also think this. The problem is, the Bears coaches have never consistently leaned on the three things he does that are elite elite. If they just did that, we would win for 10 years. I am beyond frustrated at this. And some dumb fans and media talk s--t about Fields, its not him. OK thats enough outta me, have a good one.

One thing you can always say about Fields: he's a great teammate

[–] JCarr110@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

They actually seem to really like each other from what I've seen.

It’s 2023. Why are we still looking at pixelated images?

[–] hammerSmashedNail@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

So what you’re saying is fields and Bagent are on the same team? Does everyone else know this?

[–] Sure-Antelope-3377@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I think Fields needs some T.P. for his tee-pee.

[–] Canadia64@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

This team has problems, but culture sure as hell isn't one of them

[–] J1540@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I like both of these guys. Could be a lot worse.

[–] Ditka_in_your_Butkus@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

For Chicago especially, you need two things to survive as a QB. 1) obviously the skill set and execution consistently during games; something we’ve never seen 2) you have to have extremely thick skin and a likable personality or the city will eat you alive. It’s to be determined if Fields has #1. I still believe but time is running out. However, I’ve never seen a QB in this city as good at #2 as Fields has been. If he doesn’t work out here, wherever he goes will become my 2nd team (with some obvious exceptions FTP).

It makes me so sad that JF1 most likely wont be here :(

His character second to none

[–] idiot_orange_emperor@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Can we play both in each and every game?

[–] SunPolarBear@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Let’s look at the problem…Matt Nagy was the problem. He doesn’t seem to be a problem in KC. Chase Claypool was the problem. Ok traded him away for cents on a dollar. Justin Fields seems to be the problem. So how does that explain our struggles with special teams and defense? There is only one problem and that is the Head Coach. Take away his Portillo’s chocolate cake and put him on the curb.

[–] mistergeegaga@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

KC was good with and without Nagy, so I wouldn't say he makes any sort of difference there. I do agree that coaching of the quarterback and offense is a problem, our quarterbacks always look confused, like they are back there thinking of too many things. I don't think its the quarterbacks.

[–] Dazed_and_Confused44@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Regardless of how the rest of this season plays out, I'll root for Fields wherever he goes. He seems like a genuinely good dude and I feel like we ruined him.

[–] eyeguy21@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

For a second I though Agent Bagent had gone rogue, but he has not

[–] Jeff_Urbz@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

More like Bagent hyping up Fields. Am I right, haters?

[–] Ineedajobbrah@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

He’s actually get pissed because Bagent took his job

[–] Sabiancym@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Jesus these comments. Time to unsub again.
