We're fucked if they draft Caleb Williams. We're also not drafting a QB if they arent firing the current coaches. I also think Ryan Poles has the wherewithal to know it needs to be different coaches teaching someone new.
Its also entirely possible that the coaches get fired and we still keep Fields. I think Fields under the right coaches can be fucking nasty good.
The end game is i just want them to get it right. It sucks not having a good team to root for.
