I can't remember the last movie I watched, so I'm going with Peacemaker, and Fallout 4.
Totally doable with mods.
EDIT: No big surprise, I guess:

Odyssey and AC: Odyssey?
So lots of hanging out with Aristotle at his gym.
Shutter Island and Stardew Valley... oh god
That actually sounds like an interesting combination
Oh wow!!
It would be Alien Nation and Cyberpunk 2077.
Which would mean the world is probably just be Cyberpunk 2077/Grand Theft Auto in the future.
Also Keanu Reeves would be a Rockstar Eco Terrorist, who played a mean guitar!
Bloodborne and Idiocracy which is kind of cursed.
The Sixth Sense and Big Walk. An open world exploration game where you and your friends see dead people and help them solve their problems so they can finally rest. Also,
Tap for spoiler
you’re dead too but you don’t know until you beat the game.
Star Trek and Crusader Kings, so I just reinvented Battletech but with Klingons
Project hail Mary and Factorio.
I feel like it would just be more factorio (space age)...
Well I just finished binging a season of Ted Lasso and the last game I played was Balatro.
I don't believe it! After an abysmal first half, Richmond will be walking away with a win today, scoring 1,780,560 points in the final minute of the game! That secures their position and they'll be going on to play Man City in the next blind, where goalies will be debuffed!
The Matrix and Shogun Showdown. The Matrix universe but set in the Edo period of Japan with samurai and shit? Sign me up
Baldur's Odyssey.
I would absolutely watch Leslie Neislon in monster hunter
Factorio and Project Hail Mary.
...and that's how the Factorio expansion "Space Age" was born.
Legally Blonde 2 and Space Engineers sooo... Legally Blonde Space Engineers?
Not really sure how to add legal battles to a space sandbox though.
Slay the Spire and Secondhand Lions.
Oddly sensical. Obviously it'd just be Walt (and maybe Jasmine) navigating a horrible gauntlet of traps set by the Uncles to win their heart.
Or the entire Spire would be the story the uncles are telling Walt, from their perspective having experienced it in their younger days. Then Walt follows in their footsteps and after he completes the third run, they find The Heart hidden away in the barn cellar, instead of piles of cash, and they all go down to fight it but Jasmine comes to save them from certain death.
Then Walt's mother comes back with a CPS worker and they take him away, and arrest the uncles for child endangerment. Roll credits.
Donnie Darko and Final Fantasy 14. The Shadowbringers expansion would kind of fit the mood.
That might be quite a mix, as someone who has seen Donnie Darko and is a huge fan of it.
Project Hail Mass Effect. Very spacy, lots of aliens.

Dark Souls III x Stargate
50 people play non-stop killer sudoku. Three mistakes gets you shot. The last person still playing gets a gajillion dollars and one wish.
The Man From Nowhere + Slime Rancher...so seedy underworld trafficking anthropomorphic slimes?
The God of Cookery and, uh, The Witcher. Hmm, well, the main character (in God of Cookery) does turn out to be an incarnated deity (the kitchen god), and that does track with stories about Geralt's exploits, so perhaps someone tried to hire him to go after Chow (instead of the assassin in the film?) and of course Geralt finds that there's no good reason and maybe even helps him, although Chow doesn't need the help (he gets plenty from his other new friends). Now I'm thinking about Geralt encountering the 18 Brass Monks of Shaolin Monastery trying to get Chow out so he can get to the cooking competition on time lol. I guess the best way to explain how Geralt ended up in 1990's Hong Kong is teleportation accident.
Alternatively, Chow in the world of the Witcher... I don't think that would be quite as entertaining. I would prefer to put Geralt in the world of The God of Cookery.
You've seen The God Of Cookery too?! I laughed so hard at that one...
Rouge Trader von Volancius returning back in time over and over again to the same dining hall to pick a team that can stop a sentient AI from emerging and enslaving Humankind Empire in virtual reality.
Actually, this looks like a valid Warhammer 40k plot.
Denzel Washington from The Equalizer would be absolutely kicking ass in an Asphalt Legends-type driving game. I could handle that!
Project Hail Mary and Halo: Campaign Evolved. So, uh, just Halo I guess, only replace the grunts with Rocky.
Who would want to shoot rocky
Spiderman and walkabout mini golf.
... I feel like the punisher's fort, house, thing would be an entertaining course.
Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure and Deltarune.
Hmmm... that would be a most triumphant idea.
Balatro and the odyssey
Might make some interesting jokers
Really really sad and gay (I Saw The TV Glow + Final Fantasy 14)
Hamtaro: Ham-Ham Heartbreak and...Conquest (1983)
i dont even want to think about what that would look like 😂
Tom Clancy's: Your Name
An coming of age action story about a CIA double agent from the jungle trying to prevent the end of the world in the body of a teenage shrine maiden.
Odyssey and backgammon? Could happen.
Oooh, Hadestown and BG3! It would be so good! Like AC Odyssey but with more focus on the Gods and less on the wars, with more DND mechanics. I’m so down for that.
Odyssey and Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Could definitely see Odysseus stumbling across a titan and travelling to Elysium.
Jackass and Merge Mansion
Would be a weird ass combo
"I'm Maddie and this is the Merging Stunt!" /j
Wake up Dead Man and Grim Dawn. A murder mystery in the world of Grim Dawn would be pretty fun. I'd watch it.
Instead of sailing around everywhere, Odysseus would be putting years’ worth of library books back on shelves.
The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai across Outer Worlds. I'd buy that for a dollar.
Fellowship of the Ring and Cyberpunk 2077. I think Saruman and his industrialization of the Forest of Fangorn could make for some nice tie-ins to cyberpunk's story.
