Use a knife and carefully scrape off what you can while cold. Heat to printing temp and wipe off what you can. Cool down and clean with acetone if need be. Edit: do this only with metal pieces. Disassemble head if need be.
Golden rule for children near adult age: advise and inform not more. Her body her choice and all that, but especially her right to choose. So if you overstep she will just keep doing what she wants, but stop taking to you about it. Keep an eye open if she is happy and healthy and offer her advice whenever you can.

Tried and failed. Turns out the problem is often the contact that turns off the bud when back in the case. Not charging properly, discharging in the case etc. Bought some pixel buds and they are already lasting twice as long as the Sony ones did, at half the price and comparable quality. Never going back.
