I just think context is important when you’re dealing with players who extend plays and run the ball a lot.
When you say it like that it makes it seem like a massive problem. But there’s no evidence he does this substantially more than other quarterbacks in the league. And I don’t know how you even assume he did this last night when the All-22 isn’t out and they blitzed 53% of the time.

Fields executed the short game well. He executed the very unimpressive Tyson Bagent gameplan that is not sustainable long term. But he executed it against an elite defense. It’s kind of funny because a lot of people here didn’t think he could even do that.

Even when Bryce pops and makes a couple nice throws you end up with a hold, a terrible play call on second down, instant pressure, locked up receivers.
