Show me Fields with a real offensive gameplan and play caller. Fields is doing everything that is being asked of him.

For those just wanting to just move on from Fields - becareful what you wish for. Could you imagine if he left the team and became a superstar with a real coaching staff that designs a system around his strengths and then we draft a "Zach Wilson"?
I'm telling you - this team is really close to being relevant. One more draft and a real HC.
If they nail the HC - in a way we haven't seen in a very long time, this roster is going to go off. There is so much freaking talent here that is being wasted. I cannot wait to see them go.

I absolutely love how so many of us assumed Goff would be a bridge - and maybe even the Lions felt that way too to a degree. But they let him grow and built around him. I want more of this from NFL teams. So tired of tossing QBs aside Much of the QB position is between the ears. Great story.
